Community Service Projects Coordinator

Works with clubs to develop local service projects that address the community’s needs, encouraging clubs to follow the lifecycle of a project and use Rotary’s online tools for planning, implementing and evaluating. Also encourages clubs to visit Rotary Ideas to find project partners and browse Rotary Showcase for ideas.

Australian Rotary Health

Australian Rotary Health is an RI approved multi-District project, supported by all Rotary Districts in Australia. While the current focus is mental health research and education programs, ARH supports a broad range of other health related projects. ARH offers Indigenous Health scholarships and Rural and Remote Medical and Nursing scholarships.

Outback Links

Outback Links connects volunteers with people in remote Australia who are experiencing hard times. The program provides practical support when it’s needed most. This could include anything from care taking to property maintenance, gardening to painting or perhaps general farm support.

Probus

Probus is an organisation for retired business and professional people. Probus provides retirees with the opportunity to join together in Clubs and to progress healthy minds and active bodies through social interaction and activities with other retirees in the local community.

Rescue Helicopter

Rescue Helicopter services operate throughout D9660. These include Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, TOLL NSW Ambulance Aeromedical Service, and Hunter region SLSA Helicopter Rescue Service.
